Stella is an aristocrat. Strives to enjoy the best of what the universe has to offer. And she rules over her subject with brutality and craftiness.
Stella leads an elite group of Lady Intercepticons. Hand picks every troop and mentors them accordingly. She is perhaps overconfident that she has the best Decepticons around but pound for pound, her little army is extremely dangerous.
She accepts only the most prestigeous and profitable missions. While she is a firm believer in the Decepticoncause, she needs little other motivation than power and wealth.
Not only does she furthers herself through victory in battle but treachery. She is a superb negotiator and is a respected diplomat. But her reputation for double-crosses is to her detriment. Still, she usually gets what she wants.

Her fighter mode, like all Lady Intercepticons is capable of space travel as well as atmospheric travel. She has few weapons, prefering to use her plasma-pulse cannons and wit to remedy any situation.
No one questions her authority or aspires to usurp her authority. While she is greedy, she knows how to take care of "her own" and each and every Lady Intercepticons under her command is proud to be a part of this outfit.
Her war machine includes not only a healthy wing of Lady Intercepticons but a few star ships and two outposts (that are known).

The first concept sketch involved a very pleasant looking Transformer.

I really liked the legs how they formed the fuselage and top of the plane.
So the second sketch preserved much of the original fighter mode. The arms were no longer just laying at the sides of the plane.
Here, I also experimented withs several chest designs. I settled on the one to our left. The head was totally redesigned to make her look evil!
