The citizens consist of Autobots and Maximals residing on Sister City. The new generation of Maximal Transformers are currently being developed on earth. Being able to utilize DNA from local species, these Transformers function much more effectively on an organic planet.

Inspired by the Night Elf Huntress from Warcraft III, I wanted to capture the strong, ferocious, yet nobel stalker who strikes out in persuit of justice. Yes, she could easily have been a Decepticon bad-girl but even the good guys should have some "edgy" characters.

The correct word for such a catapult weapon is "Ballista". I haven't really settled if I should go with the correct spelling or with the "r". Ballistra sounds better even tho no such word exists!
Ballistra is kind of the good version of BW Predacon Rampage. She's pretty formidable and larger than the average Beast Warrior. She transforms from ballista to lobster to robot.
Artist's commentary:
Perhaps not a true citizen since Transmetal types like her won't be created
until mid-way thru the Beast Wars. Still, she was an interesting sketch
so I want to show here off here.
Ballistra's design was driven by the name. I was searching thru the Thesaurus for weapon names and came upon this. "Ballista" sounded feminine enough so I created a transformer from her. Like the massive bow-like cannon in Warcraft, the long arms would make a great claw. While she turned out similar to Rampage, I actually had "Kiba" in mind _first_. (Kiba is one of those animal to weapon (bow) additions for a Japanese robot called "Gear Fighter Dendoh".) But yes, the strong influence of BW Rampage is obvious.
