A "sister city" is a long-term friendly relationship between two communities. Such a partnership allows the two cities to openly share in all facets of society.

Sister City is a city of Autobot Transformer females who live high above earth in an undetectable metropolis. Sister City partners with the Markatron Jumpstation. Instantaneous teleportation links the two cities via powerful "JumpPads" from the Markatron Jumpstation.

While Sister City is a community of Autobots and the Markatron Jumpstation is neutral, the two societies co-exist in peace an harmony. Free travel and trade occur between the cities.
